3. Consultations and Quotes

Free consultations are provided as an introductory service to understand your project requirements. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to change based on material availability and project specifications.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment terms are as follows:

• Standard orders: 50% deposit with order, 50% upon completion
• Custom fabrication: 60% deposit with order, 40% upon completion
• Large orders: Payment terms to be agreed upon separately

All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is as follows:

• Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging
• Custom-made or fabricated items cannot be returned unless defective
• Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bolt & Board Hardware or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
